Dylan graffiti on Jade Garden

Hi Garry,

Saw a pic you've taken of a Bob Dylan stencil on the side of Jade Garden in Chatham.
I'm a reporter with the local paper Medway News and was wondering if we could use it for use with a story.
After seeing it on your page I went down there today and it has been painted over. We want to do an Art or Vandalism type feature and since this was one of the better ones I've seen I was hoping we could use it.
